For every project, the project management department will assign a project manager in charge and suitable translators to form a special project team. Having received the files to be translated, the project manager will collect information from the internet and our data base and compile a glossary for consistency. Afterwards, the project manager will illustrate client's specific requirements and applicable references to relevant team members, in order to ensure efficient translation coordination and the translation works are conformed to our client's requirements and consistent style.

Besides, the project manager closely follows the work progress to grasp the overall situation and keep the client informed of the latest project development.
